Working with experience. Helped Alesa see the value in what she already had and package it effectively: her position as class monitor and representative on the student council, founding a debate club, serving as a team lead for volunteers at the Red Cross, participating in environmental clean‑up campaigns, an internship in the ecology department of the district administration, and involvement in the En‑ROADS Climate Ambassador Camp.
Documents. We wrote an essay for the Common App, prepared 3 recommendation letters, and wrote additional essays to meet the universities’ requirements.
