Full fees (no subsidies), AY2026–2027:

NTU comprises several colleges and autonomous institutes:
NTU’s campus is located in Jurong in western Singapore, connected to the city by several MRT stations (Nanyang Crescent and Pioneer). On-campus halls of residence are available for undergraduates and postgraduates. NTU guarantees housing for first-year students. Cost: SGD 350–900 per month depending on room type.
The campus offers excellent facilities: hawker centers with meals from SGD 3–6, sports complexes, libraries, health services and study spaces. THE ranked NTU #10 globally for internationalization (2026) — students from India, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Europe and the CIS study and live together.

NTU does not publish a single acceptance rate for international students. Competition is high, especially for Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, and LKCMedicine. Around 80% of undergraduate places are reserved for Singapore citizens and permanent residents; international applicants compete for remaining spots.
MOE Tuition Grant reduces tuition by 40–60% in exchange for a 3-year work obligation in a Singapore-registered company (ACRA). Breach of obligation results in liquidated damages. The Service Obligation Agreement (SOA) must be signed in October before the start of studies.
Full or partial coverage of subsidized tuition + living allowance. Automatic consideration upon applying. Shortlisted candidates are invited for interview.
For ASEAN citizens: full tuition + SGD 6,500 annual allowance + airfare. Requires 3 years of work in Singapore.
